The role of members in a MAT (online)

This short lunchtime session is for anyone wanting to better understand governance structures within a MAT.  Perhaps your school is thinking of joining or forming a MAT? In particular individuals undertaking the role of a member or trustee within an academy trust. The session will cover the roles and responsibilities of a member and provide a refresh on the governance structures within a MAT. The different layers of governance will be considered, with a focus on the specific purpose of members, who are the ‘guardians of governance’ within any trust.
