The role of members in a MAT (online)

This short lunchtime session is for those governing within academies who better want to understand governance structures within an academy trust. It is focused at individuals undertaking the role of a members within an academy trust. The session will cover the roles and responsibilities of a member and provide a refresh on the governance structures within a MAT. The different layers of governance will be considered, with a focus on the specific purpose of members, who are the ‘guardians of governance’ within any trust.
