We’ll start by considering what disadvantaged (underserved) looks like in your school(s), and what schools can do to ‘level the playing field’ for all children.  We’ll then consider the boards' role in how best to support and challenge executive leaders to ensure great outcomes for all children; and how the boards' activities can have an impact on those children who most need it.
