10:00  Sustainability Leadership in Education: Driving Change, Inspiring Action Tim Stone, Lead delivery manager, Sustainability support programme, Department for Education

In this session, Tim will share how the department for education is providing the tools that will help drive change and inspire action.

10:50  Sustaining sustainability - Tom Pether, Sustainability and climate lead for Education South West Trust and South West lead for the Ministry of Eco-Education

After looking at the tricky definitions of what ‘sustainability’ means for us in education, Tom will share the journey so far in developing initiatives in Education South West schools and their communities, and how this might look in the future.

15:10  Panel discussion - Facilitated by Environment team

Featuring speakers from throughout the day, this interactive panel discussion will encourage open questions and conversation around key topics from the conference. 

We will be providing a comment box during the day for all questions to be submitted. 

15:45  Close of conference - a continued chance for networking and discussion with the exhibition
