It is very important that you respond - if you don’t let us know your young person is attending they WILL NOT be included in the presentation ceremony.

• We need to know
  • name of your young person
  • name(s) of their 1 or 2 guests
  • whether they’d like presentation 1 or 2
  • if they’d like to be called up on stage with sibling(s)
  • any dietary requirements or special access needs

• If your young person is not attending please let us know so we don’t keep chasing you (their certificate & giftcard will be posted to them after the event).
• If your young person wants to attend but does not want to be called up on stage – just let us know, they can collect their certificate & giftcard from the Welcome Desk on arrival.

Dress code: your best party wear or tracksuit and trainers, totally up to you!

Parking: plenty of fee parking at the venue, including disabled spaces – there is level access into the venue and a lift available inside the building.
