Online PD programme across three afternoons, aimed at all maths subject leaders.
One of the most challenging aspects of being a subject leader is planning for change. This begins with identifying a need for change in the school, focussed on pupil outcomes that include mathematical behaviours, attitudes and the understanding of concepts. This programme will explore how to identify specific change for pupils, plan a professional development programme to bring about this change and evaluate the impact of the programme. Subject leaders will engage with in-school activities between the sessions.
