June School Library Service book titles: diversity and inclusion
Each month the School Library Service team collate 15 different book titles based on a relevant theme for KS1 KS2 and teen.
There is so much to celebrate in June.
It is both Gypsy, Roma, Traveller and Showman History Month and LGBT+ History Month, and Empathy Day is on Thursday the 8 of June.
These great new titles reflect our diverse society and open up new worlds. Add this collection to your libraries and book corners as part of your commitment to diversifying your school’s book stock and help develop empathy and understanding to create a more inclusive society for our young people.
