The session will provide teachers with the opportunity to:

  •  quality assure their assessment judgements
  •  have professional discussions with colleagues regarding children’s attainment against the ELGs
  •  work together so that teachers can share experiences and develop their assessment skills
  •  build a shared understanding of the ELGs and EYFS framework

Training objectives

*Please note: this session will not require teachers to gather any unnecessary or additional evidence as the majority of the session will be based on teachers' own knowledge of their children, but some evidence of children’s writing would support.
