Opening up the new RE syllabus for primary and secondary schools

{{ category }}

This full day of high quality RE inset for primary teachers will explore the way the new RE syllabus works and demonstrate how to use it as a planning document.

We will be doing a quick revision of the essential elements of the new syllabus, followed by an explanation of how to plan from this document to create a fully sequenced RE curriculum. We will also be looking at some of the key recommendations coming from the 2024 Ofsted RE subject report and exploring what this tells us about how to teach excellent RE.

Primary school sessions will take place week commencing 18th November

Secondary school sessions will take place week commencing 25th November
