Control of contractors and CDM (online)

The CDM Regulations training covers everything you need to know about planning, managing, and maintaining everyone's safety throughout a construction project. This course will help guide you toward compliance with current legislation. Understand the basics of the CDM Regulations and learn how to effectively plan your construction project.

Audience: Individuals who arrange, supervise, or carry out building maintenance or construction, or who act as Clients. Whilst the course will reference other duty holders (Principal Designer, Designers, Principal Contractor, and Contractor) you should contact the Devon Health and Safety Service if you require more detailed knowledge about these roles.

Mandatory course within Devon County Council with a mandatory refresher period of 3 years.
