EYCS: Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) online learning

This video will give you the essential knowledge and understanding required to manage and respond to allegations appropriately, in line with the statutory guidance outlined in Annex C of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Feel confident about your role and responsibilities where there are concerns about someone who works with children
• Feel confident about what should and needs to be referred to the LADO (eg Thresholds)

• Know what to do if you have low level concerns that do not meet the LADO threshold
