Please note that this service is available to customers who do not currently purchase any of our HR consultancy services and who wish to undertake discrete pieces of job evaluation work.

• GLPC: £95
  
• HAY: £100

Typical Evaluation Timeframes:

• If the job description is provided in an evaluation-ready format, the review process (panel or matching) usually takes around 2–3 hours.
  
• If adviser support is needed to help update the job description to an evaluation-ready state, this can take between 3–5 hours.
  
• Creating a brand-new job description from scratch, including collaboration with the client, generally requires 6–10 hours.
