HR Direct subscription (HR helpline, advice and guidance) for academies and other educational establishments

HR Direct provides high-quality advice and guidance for one-off operational and policy queries not related to ongoing cases.  The team is made up of specialist human resources professionals, who have:

• Expertise in the application of employment law and best practice appropriate to the culture and environment of the employer
• Expertise in how employment law best fits with education law to meet the needs of the employer
• An awareness and understanding of services for children and young people
• The ability to call on support from specialist legal advisers

Helpline support is available via a single telephone number and email address between 8.30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. This service does not include a named link HR Adviser.
