Safeguarding mentoring/coaching

Dedicated 1:1 or group mentoring / coaching sessions facilitated by our experienced safeguarding team. The sessions can be used to discuss and reflect on individual cases as well as develop and review your strategic safeguarding action plan.

The sessions can be tailored to your needs – this includes lengths of sessions and frequency.

As well as the pre-booked mentoring / coaching sessions you also have access to telephone / email support from the safeguarding team to support you and your setting in-between mentoring / coaching sessions.
