We actively maintain a large pool of skilled and reliable office support workers who are available to cover sickness, annual leave or to cover a position while you are recruiting.

Our temporary staff are:

• Available at short notice
• Able to provide references covering at least the last three years
• Tested in Microsoft Office, data entry and copy typing
• Interviewed
• Vetted and monitored against all required safeguarding and employment checks, along with Agency Worker Regulations
• Checked by our Occupational Health team

We can also source specialist professionals, such as Social Workers, Finance and ICT staff.

In addition to our own pool of temporary workers, we have established links with external agencies, who can supply staff for various disciplines and geographic locations. We ensure that these staff meet the standards we set for our own temporary staff, and we can often negotiate discounted rates for multiple placements. One call to our team, and we will coordinate all correspondence with the agencies.
