R/KS1 mixed-age mathematics webinar (online)

Online one-day webinar for anyone interested in teaching maths in mixed-age classes in Reception and KS1, including R/Y1, Y1/Y2 and R/Y1/Y2. 

Cost for all schools is £20 per person.

All classrooms are mixed-age; some are just more mixed-age than others. Following on from our 2024 webinar for mixed-age classes in KS2, this one-day webinar will explore ways of working in mixed-age classes within EYFS and KS1, the positive benefits for learners and what we can all learn from thinking about how best to manage these complex classes. 

We will draw on recent experience in small schools and there will be practical tasks for participants to undertake, within their setting, as part of the day, as well as ideas and suggestions for how to ensure rich mathematical experiences that all learners and teachers can enjoy.
