Lucy Faithfull Foundation - Managing & preventing harmful sexual behaviour in schools

We are delighted to have secured funded training, ‘Managing & Preventing Harmful Sexual Behaviour in Schools’ from the Lucy Faithfull Foundation.  

This course equips education safeguarding staff with the knowledge, skills, confidence and resources to manage HSB in primary, secondary, further education, specialist and residential settings. It also provides an evidence-based, whole-school approach to HSB prevention.  

 By the end of the course, participants will have:   

• Applied the LFF “6 Rs model” to managing incidents of harmful sexual behaviour in schools  
• Practiced using the traffic light tools, safety plans and post-incident reflective workbooks  
• Developed a personalised, whole-school HSB prevention plan to take back and implement in their own setting
