Our Safer Recruitment course provides nationally accredited training, delivered by experienced and accredited trainers, designed specifically for education settings. As Devon Local Authority, we also incorporate Devon-specific procedures, local safeguarding pathways, and contextual information to ensure your practice is fully aligned with local expectations.

A key element of the training is strengthening participants’ understanding of the Single Central Record (SCR) — what must be included, how to maintain compliance, and how to ensure it meets inspection requirements.
