This 45 minute lunchtime bite sized session will focus on why stakeholder engagement should be at the heart of how your board governs.

The session will look at strategies for the board to consider and enable board members to recognise success (and challenges) in this area. Focusing on how your wider community pays a part in shaping the vision for your school and contributes to the successes of your pupils.
