Wraparound childcare conference 2026

We are pleased to offer this event fully funded to all Devon school age childcare settings who provide wraparound childcare, Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) and access to Early Access Breakfast Club (EABC).

This conference is to celebrate school aged children’s play in Devon and is a must for all staff and managers working within the sector. This full day event will provide valuable opportunities for all playworkers and business managers to engage in a combination of keynote speakers and workshops. The sessions throughout the day will cover and promote all aspects of running school age childcare including Wraparound Childcare, Holiday and Food Programme (HAF) and the Breakfast Club programme. 

Keynote speakers and supporting workshops will cover the importance of play and the positive impact it can have on children’s development, mental health, the economic importance of having reliable and dependable childcare to enable parents to work or train and much more.

In addition to the fantastic programme on offer, we will also have a wide range of exhibitors available to support your provision.

This event will be funded for all Devon schools and settings who provide wraparound childcare, HAF and access to EABC.

please note, if you cancel within the 10 day cancellation policy or do not arrive on the day of the event, we will automatically charge an £85 late cancellation fee.


If you are a provider but outside of Devon, the conference is chargeable at £55.
