This session will consider the role of the clerk within a local tier of governance.  The level of delegation to the local tier will vary from trust to trust; this event will cover:

• Understanding the role of the local tier
• Roles and responsibilities
• Engaging with parents and staff
• Delegation and reporting
• Trust and school vision.

There will an opportunity to ask questions and share best practice.
