The finance consultancy team provides independent financial advice and training to school and academy finance staff and senior leadership. Our specialist team is dedicated to offering a flexible and targeted service at strategic, managerial and operational levels to assist schools and academies to meet their educational and statutory responsibilities. 

The core package includes consultancy and ongoing support as well as the added benefit of access to our helpline, the website and a named consultant for continued support throughout the year. The SLT, Governors and Local Authority need to see an accurate picture of the school finances which starts with the budget, and the team can work with you to produce the necessary reports from the Financial Reporting Suite to monitor progress.
