This attachment module is the third in a suite of SEND modules intended to support stakeholders across schools, settings and partner agencies in understanding best practice around children and young people with SEND.
This second module will focus mainly on attachment, trauma and adverse childhood experiences. Subsequent online learning modules which can also then be undertaken include a focus on speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), autism and physical and sensory need (P and S). It is intended and advised that you take part and complete the first and second modules in this series before completing this third module.
This is a short course designed for everyone working with children, young people and families. It is intended to develop stakeholders understanding, skills, knowledge and confidence.
