Devon & Torbay Music Education Hubs invite you to join us for a day of professional development for music educators and anyone that delivers curriculum music provision in schools.
Sessions will include:
- Charanga Musical School with Timothy Bond who will be looking at the role of the Music Lead in schools
- tools and resources for assessment
- bespoke surgery sessions for individual queries
- support for Early Years music
- whole class ensemble teaching
- targeting transition from KS2-KS3
- using vocal development units of work across KS1, 2 and 3 to support Deep Dive delivery
and much, much more!
Training objectives
- Develop knowledge of recording and assessment using online resources provided by Charanga Musical School.
- Develop activities and projects to support whole class ensemble teaching and transition into KS3.
- Provide resources and activities to support Deep Dive delivery in music across KS1, 2 and 3.
